This role will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and brand evolution, with a focus on paid/organic search, social, email/CRM, PR, and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer growth and revenue. Oversee brand management, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and campaign development. Optimize marketing media mix and funnel to maximize efficiency and conversions. Identify and implement best-in-class marketing tools and vendor partnerships. Lead and mentor a team of seven marketing professionals. Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Qualifications
Extensive experience in D2C digital marketing, particularly in subscription-based businesses. Proven ability to revamp marketing strategies, tools, and vendor relationships. Strong expertise in paid/organic search, social, email/CRM, and customer acquisition. Experience leading teams and driving marketing innovation. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
