Social Media & Technical Marketing Specialist

to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating Lushi’s social media presence, crafting compelling content, and driving technical marketing initiatives to amplify brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will play a key role in growing our online community, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with Lushi’s brand voice and goals. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to grow Lushi’s online presence. Engage with followers, monitor trends, and build a vibrant online community. Maintain Lushi’s brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all content. Trend Awareness & Content Strategy: Stay ahead of social media trends (especially TikTok and Instagram) and integrate them into Lushi’s strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with broader marketing campaigns and business goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to position Lushi as a leader in the digital space. Technical Marketing Support: Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, growth, CTR) using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Later. Provide data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve results. Assist with marketing automation tools, email campaigns, and technical alignment across platforms. Account Maintenance: Schedule posts and manage accounts using tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite. Report weekly on key metrics and share actionable insights with the team. Keep all social media accounts fully optimized, up-to-date, and aligned with platform best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other major social media platforms. Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and social media analytics tools to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making. Strong technical marketing knowledge, including SEO, email marketing, CRM platforms, and campaign tracking. Exceptional creativity and resourcefulness, with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on trends to engage and grow audiences. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
