The practice is transforming to empower clients with industry knowledge, online programs, and direct guidance by Kevin. This shift is creating the need for a person to help with social media posts, basic video production, storytelling, training materials, graphic design, and market research.

Role Description This is a contract role for a skilled social media and content creator who can help with LinkedIn content, YouTube videos, digital training programs, outreach management and more. This person will be in position to learn a great deal about corporate sponsorship, event marketing, civic engagement and other high impact practices. The Assistant will be responsible for social media posts (LinkedIn and Instagram), content creation, and marketing efforts to drive agency visibility and engagement. We'll also be creating a new website in the months ahead with the Assistant supporting that process (with a designer and website builder). The ideal candidate will be a part-time contractor to start with the potential for role expansion with success. This is a remote role though periodic in-person meetings will help the process. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and the specific assignment to be formalized.
