✔ Capture & edit high-quality short-form videos & photography for luxury listings.

✔ Design visually stunning real estate ads using Canva & Adobe Suite.

✔ Write & send weekly email newsletters featuring property updates, market insights, and exclusive listings.

✔ Use email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) to design & schedule campaigns.

✔ Track & analyze engagement metrics for social & email performance.

✔ Stay on top of social media, email marketing & luxury branding trends.

✔ PPC experience a plus.

🎯 Who You Are:

🌟 Experienced in Social Media & Content Creation (Real Estate, Luxury, or Lifestyle preferred).

🌟 Proficient in Canva, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
