Job Function:

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creation of all creative assets for BigIron's advertising and marketing efforts, including digital, print, and multimedia materials. This role demands a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of branding to ensure cohesive and impactful visuals across all platforms.

Essential Functions:
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including digital banners, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, signage, and video elements.
  • Develop visually compelling designs that align with BigIron's brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs for advertising campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms.
  • Create engaging visuals to support social media campaigns, online auctions, and promotional events.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual materials.
  • Maintain and evolve BigIron's brand guidelines to reflect industry trends and company growth.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing manager, regional marketing managers, and other stakeholders to align creative work with campaign objectives.
  • Partner with external vendors as needed to manage print production or outsourced design work.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to keep BigIron's creative assets fresh and competitive.
  • Experiment with new design approaches and tools to enhance creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
  • Maintain an organized archive of design files and assets for easy retrieval and collaboration.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including digital, print, and motion graphics.
  • Experience designing for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and solutions.
  • Video editing skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with the agriculture or auction industry is a bonus but not required.
