Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr As a Full Funnel Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in empowering our Cloud CMOs and their teams with data-driven insights. You will be a key contributor, focused on delivering comprehensive full-funnel analytics that connect top-of-funnel marketing activities through product usage and adoption. By helping develop and enhance Marketing Data Warehouse (MDW) datasets, you will provide actionable insights to drive business growth and identify new revenue opportunities. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Job Summary: The Full Funnel Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and connecting data across the marketing, pipeline, and product domains to enable data-driven insights for Cloud CMO teams. This includes diving deep into marketing, pipeline, and product analytics, devising methodologies for generating insights and optimizations, and ultimately helping product marketing and digital campaign teams achieve business objectives through data-informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Metrics & Cohort Strategy: Partner with marketing stakeholders to define and track KPIs related to campaign effectiveness, lead nurturing, and customer engagement. This includes developing cohort analyses to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for optimization. Reporting & Dashboard Development: Support marketing teams' operational reporting needs by developing and maintaining interactive dashboards that visualize KPIs related to marketing campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, product adoption, etc. The goal is to provide self-service reporting capabilities for stakeholders. Data Visualization & Storytelling: Create compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Translate data into actionable stories that drive business decisions. AI-Driven Insights Exploration: Explore and leverage AI tools (e.g., Tableau Pulse, Einstein Analytics, Google Gemini) to identify opportunities for automating insights generation and enhancing analytical capabilities. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Collaborate closely with product marketing, digital campaigns teams, digital analysts, and other internal data teams to align measurement strategies with business goals and effectively communicate findings and recommendations. Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Economics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, digital performance measurement, or a similar capacity, with a focus on full-funnel analysis. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) and data visualization tools (especially Tableau, including advanced features and data storytelling). Familiarity with web/marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel) and CRM systems. Experience with statistical modeling, Agile methodologies, and the technology/SaaS industry.
