Payrate: $60.00 - $65.00/Hour Summary: The Content Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing content performance and using data-driven insights to create new scoring models and advancing measurement mechanisms. This role will help teams assess content effectiveness through the Content Performance Score (CPS), evaluating Audience Acquisition, Engagement, and Progression metrics. The analyst will help transition the CPS model from a comparative ranking system to a benchmark-based scoring system, ensuring content strategy aligns with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Content Performance Measurement: Analyze content performance using CPS, tracking acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics across different content types, regions, and audience segments. Benchmarking & Scoring Adjustments: Transition the CPS model from percentile-based scoring to fixed performance thresholds, leveraging historical and industry benchmarks. Data-Driven Optimization: Provide actionable insights to content creators by identifying underperforming assets and suggesting improvements based on benchmark gaps. Multi-Touch Attribution: Incorporate multi-touch engagement tracking to assess content influence beyond direct conversions, ensuring holistic measurement. Develop Agent AI-Driven Content Measurement Strategy Insights: Develop a strategy for measuring benchmarks for AI-generated content performance xboth within agents and generated by agents, and tieing that to attribution. Metric Tracking & Dashboarding: Work with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, Snowflake) to build out the track CPS score metrics and automate reporting. Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Partner with content marketing teams, SEO strategists, and digital analysts to align content performance with business goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field. 3 years of experience in content or web analytics, marketing analytics, or digital performance measurement. Strong proficiency in SQL. Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and data analysis. Advanced knowledge of Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau. Experience working with content/web performance metrics, engagement analytics, and conversion tracking. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across teams. Experience with data transformation e.g. expanding and collapsing multi-value fields Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience using Snowflake and Google BigQuery. Familiarity with AI-driven content analytics and engagement tracking. Understanding of content marketing strategies, including SEO, audience segmentation, and user journey mapping. Knowledge of paid and organic traffic analysis and their impact on content performance. Experience with marketing attribution models and multi-touch attribution analysis. Background in A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks for content optimization. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
