PagerDuty is looking for a strategic driven analyst to correlate goals to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure tracking is set up to report and analyze, set up automated Tableau dashboards, and provide collaborative insights to internal stakeholders for performance reporting and optimization. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will work with key stakeholder groups on the global marketing team on KPI and goal mapping enablement, data driven recommendations, create dashboards, and insights. This role will increase the data driven acumen and maturity of marketers through enablement, data availability. You will also work on analytics department initiatives like advanced analytics, genAI, and agentic AI to power insights and self-serve capabilities. You speak the language of marketers as well as data engineers, translating business questions into technical requirements. You provide simple, easy-to-digest reports and insights that will help our global marketing team drive more leads, pipeline and revenue, while keeping an eye on ROI. You possess a natural inquisitiveness, adapt well to uncertainty, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Your ability to work independently and consistently produce excellent results makes you highly reliable. You excel at setting clear priorities and conveying ideas effectively. While you maintain a professional approach to your responsibilities, you bring a balanced perspective and lighthearted attitude to the workplace. Key Responsibilities:

Lead with a strategic mindset of overall goals and KPIs in tracking, reporting and analysis. Infuse data storytelling into insights and presentations of analysis. Tying marketing initiatives to down funnel metrics (closed/won, pipeline). Take analytics ownership of front-end tracking & reporting. Work with web developers to ensure proper & adequate front end tracking on all website features, and take an active role in identifying & resolving tracking gaps. Provide stakeholders with dashboards and reports on website engagement & performance, and identify key insights & opportunities for website enhancement. Analyze dashboards, provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. See through recommendations and how that impacted performance. Conduct ad-hoc investigations analyses and provide data-based insights & recommendations to digital & web marketers. Support senior analytics staff in digital marketing tracking, data connection, and reporting needs. Actively participate in a collaborative analytics team. Support fellow team mates in knowledge building & sharing, QA’ing code & analyses, and creating documentation of best practices. Document how tracking was implemented and how dashboards were created for transparency and visibility for stakeholders and cross-team members. Basic Qualifications:

4-6 years of working with digital marketing and web analytics data set (e.g.Google Analytics 4, segment.io, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Display Network). Advanced SQL skills. 4-6 years experience testing and experimentation (a/b testing, causal inference). Experience with Data warehousing like Snowflake. 4-6 years experience using Salesforce CRM data. 4-6 years experience creating reports in a business intelligence tool like Tableau. Comfortable managing projects and working autonomously to complete projects. Excellent communicator and collaborative team player. A self-starter who can set clear roles & responsibilities and balance/prioritize the demands of the marketing organization against individual capacity. Creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills are essential. Highly collaboratively and able to work effectively with various personality types across many different teams and role levels within the global organization. Understanding of attribution, forecasting, cost per lead, and other models for evaluating ROI on marketing activities. Ability to multitask, make quick and effective decisions, set and meet goals, and consistently meet deadlines. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. Social media analytics platform such as SproutSocial. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Git / version control. Experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouse. Experience with Marketo. Experience with Salesforce. Experience with marketing attribution tool logic and analysis like Calibermind. Google Tag Manager (nice to have). Google Analytics 4. Testing tools like VWO (nice to have). Understanding digital and non-digital goals, KPIs and how to connect the two for performance reporting. PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace.
