Location: San Francisco, CA - hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 month contract - 40 hours/weekly

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage video creative trafficking for multiple brands, working closely with production and creative teams on asset delivery. Video trafficking includes programmatic, direct, social, and influencer video.
  2. Support in asset management and trafficking for brand media assets – display banners, audio ads, and custom content.
  3. Lead standardization of Airtable usage.
  4. Work with channel activation and channel planning, brand marketing, and creative teams on briefing video specs for product and brand stories.
  5. Lead communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that all ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followed.
  6. Work with the video team to regularly conduct research and due diligence to identify video innovation opportunities and best practices that will elevate the brands in the marketplace.
  7. Establish and drive continuous improvements to creative workflows by staying atop platform best practices and industry trends.

Who You Are

  1. 4+ years marketing experience with 3+ years experience in paid media.
  2. Experience planning and executing brand media, programmatic, and direct campaigns.
  3. Knowledge of video landscape, creative best practices, and trends.
  4. Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across.
  6. Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your work.
