Location: San Francisco, CA - hybrid schedule
Duration: 6 month contract - 40 hours/weekly
What You’ll Do
- Manage video creative trafficking for multiple brands, working closely with production and creative teams on asset delivery. Video trafficking includes programmatic, direct, social, and influencer video.
- Support in asset management and trafficking for brand media assets – display banners, audio ads, and custom content.
- Lead standardization of Airtable usage.
- Work with channel activation and channel planning, brand marketing, and creative teams on briefing video specs for product and brand stories.
- Lead communication with media agency and creative teams, ensuring that all ads are launched in a timely manner and that best practices are followed.
- Work with the video team to regularly conduct research and due diligence to identify video innovation opportunities and best practices that will elevate the brands in the marketplace.
- Establish and drive continuous improvements to creative workflows by staying atop platform best practices and industry trends.
Who You Are
- 4+ years marketing experience with 3+ years experience in paid media.
- Experience planning and executing brand media, programmatic, and direct campaigns.
- Knowledge of video landscape, creative best practices, and trends.
- Experience in a highly complex, matrixed organization with a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, continuously improve ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking into your work.
