As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and personable Insurance Producer (P&C) to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for an Insurance Producer with at least 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry to drive new business and contribute to the growth of our agency. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly supportive team in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, client-focused, and capable of building relationships with prospects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
  • Generate new business by prospecting, networking, and pursuing sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Prepare and deliver insurance quotes, policy recommendations, and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless customer service and policy placement.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, products, and market conditions to effectively advise clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and activity within the agency’s CRM system.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to clients, ensuring they have the right coverage for their evolving needs.
  • Participate in local networking events and marketing initiatives to increase agency visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in insurance brokerage or carrier (P&C experience required).
  • Current Property and Casualty (P&C) license (or the ability to obtain within a specified time).
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities and close business.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services (Personal and Commercial lines).
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with small business or personal insurance lines is a plus.
