We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solution Architect to join the Marketing Operations team and leverage our Salesforce marketing technology stack. This role requires strong expertise in SFMC and the ability to make technical decisions to optimize usage of the platform. You will have strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders and ensure the delivery of personalized, data-driven marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Configuration of journeys and campaigns utilizing Journey Builder and Automation Studio Optimize email templates, dynamic content, and personalization through
AMPscript
and
Content
Builder . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to campaigns and workflows. Leverage
SQL
knowledge for
advanced
segmentation Provide technical documentation, guidelines, and training as needed. Assist with integrations between any technologies to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner with CRM owners on to ensure data integrity, including email preferences captured within CRM, and identify data enrichment opportunities. Utilize
Data
Cloud
to create and
activate
segments
to pass to
SFMC
Experience:
Proficient in
HTML ,
CSS, and Javascript Expert knowledge of AMPscript Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of
Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder,
Audience
Builder Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud a must Experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud preferred Salesforce Certifications a plus
