Job Overview:
The Brand Marketing Manager at Magen eco-Energy US is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of all marketing and communication efforts to align with the company’s business goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the brand’s positioning within the industry. The Brand Marketing Manager will develop and oversee marketing strategies aimed at improving sales, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals for current and upcoming years. Monitoring industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing plans as needed. Ensuring all marketing and communication efforts are aligned with the brand’s vision and goals. Providing detailed budget plans and execution to hit company sales goals.
- Marketing & Sales Integration: Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for sales promotions that align with company goals, leveraging both products and services to drive revenue growth. Developing and executing promotional campaigns that are informed by market data, customer insights, and industry trends. Spearheading all co-op marketing opportunities, providing strategic direction based on thorough research, data analysis, and product positioning. Collaborating with partners to design and implement co-op marketing campaigns that maximize brand exposure and sales impact. Assuring all marketing efforts are focused on driving measurable results and achieving business objectives. Developing dealer presentations, dealer meetings, and dealer programs for the sales team to execute for partnership strengthening.
- Brand Positioning: Crafting and optimizing SEO-driven content for site pages, focusing on improving organic search visibility. Developing compelling and informative new site pages that effectively communicate product benefits, features, and value propositions. Partnering with both print and digital media publications to secure paid and earned media placements through strategic media engagements and partnerships that enhance the brand’s visibility and credibility.
- Collaboration & Communication: Overseeing the work of the Content Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and final approval on all content. Collaborating with external partners and vendors to manage the production and distribution of marketing materials. Guaranteeing clear and consistent communication across all channels and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in managing both paid and earned media activations. Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and MailChimp. Strong background in working with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Skills: Strong understanding of brand marketing principles. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing analytics and the ability to transfer data into actionable insights. Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving brand growth and differentiation. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
