Position: Sr. UX/UI Product Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product design (automotive preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Protopie.
• Experience with 3D tools, animation (C4D, After Effects), and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2D & 3D work, motion graphics.
• Knowledge of user-centered design, UX principles, and Agile environments.
• Bonus: Kanzi, Unity, or Unreal Engine experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-fidelity 2D & 3D prototypes, mockups, and animations.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iteration.
• Ensure consistency in in-vehicle interfaces and advocate design thinking.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools.
• Participate in daily/weekly meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Goal of extension/FTE conversion based on performance.
