About the Role
The Social Media Content Producer at SERHANT. will actively manage and enhance our presence across various social media platforms through strategic content creation and effective community engagement. This role demands a creative, detail-oriented individual skilled in content planning, production, and rapid video editing. The ideal candidate is adept at working closely with real estate agents to develop personalized branding and lifestyle content, ensuring high-quality and timely media production using tools like Adobe Premiere. The coordinator will also be responsible for implementing content strategies, managing distribution schedules, and analyzing the performance to drive continuous improvement. This dynamic position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining SERHANT.’s innovative edge in real estate marketing.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging social media content:
- Collaborate with agents to create lifestyle and branding content, including conducting interviews and curating quotes.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere to quickly edit and refine videos, ensuring timely and high-quality content production.
- Collaborate with the Director of Integrated Marketing to develop and execute distribution schedules.
- Assist in creating weekly and monthly performance recaps for owned accounts.
- Oversee day-to-day community management for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
- Work with the Director of Integrated Marketing to test strategies, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media best practices and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
- Curate and maintain social media feeds to strengthen engagement and drive key priorities.
- Lead agents communications for content shoots and publishing.
- Prepare and organize monthly content calendars for SERHANT. social accounts.
- Support internal and external client communication by preparing strategies, reports, and joining meetings as needed.
- Contribute to the planning and pitching for brand partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with social management and scheduling tools (e.g., VistaSocial, Hootsuite).
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
