We're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our Coupon business strategy across Amazon Fresh Stores. This role will drive customer acquisition and retention through strategic coupon initiatives, both digital and physical, across our nationwide store network.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end coupon strategy for physical Amazon Fresh stores nationwide
Develop and execute targeted and untargeted coupon programs across physical and digital channels
Create and implement an Omni-Channel test and learn roadmap in collaboration with our Online business
Design and manage cross-functional business review mechanisms
Partner with marketing teams to support and enhance their programs
Engage with senior business leaders across Amazon's grocery ecosystem
About the team
The Customer Funnel Marketing team owns Acquisition, Retention, Flywheel and Data Analytics for our NA Amazon Fresh Stores Business. We blend Marketing and Data expertise and help drive programs across Amazon Fresh Grocery Stores.
We are an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed and motivated team, working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment. Our business is more startup than big company, with a high pace and degree of ambiguity. You should be comfortable with change, embrace the opportunity to wear many hats, and relish the chance to solve hard problems in short order.
Basic Qualifications
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience developing strategy, building, and executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing budgets
Experience driving product improvements/enhancements across matrixed organizations
Experience creating and maintaining mechanisms to drive cross functional alignment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in marketing or marketing research
Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
Experience owning and executing coupon or promotional incentive campaigns and strategies
Experience running basket level promotions in the Grocery sector or other retail
Experience with A/B testing, around audience segmentation and targeting
Experience using customer research, data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Working with product teams, eliciting requirements and developing product strategy and roadmap
Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
MBA preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $233,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
