  • Lead and manage SEO & SEM efforts to improve organic rankings and maximize paid search performance.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, retargeting, etc.).
  • Optimize the marketing funnel (from lead generation to conversion) and reduce customer acquisition costs.

E-Commerce Optimization & Growth

  • Improve the user journey through conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and site performance enhancements.
  • Work closely with UX/UI and development teams to enhance website design and functionality for better customer experiences.
  • Manage email marketing, SMS, and loyalty programs to drive customer retention.
  • Analyze and leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, etc.) to refine marketing efforts.

Branding & Content Marketing

  • Oversee content marketing, ensuring high-quality and SEO-optimized content creation (blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, etc.).
  • Manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing to expand brand reach.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Retention

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Manage and optimize customer segmentation, personalization, and automated email/SMS campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.) to track and enhance customer journeys.
  • Leverage customer data to drive insights and improve loyalty programs, subscription models, and repeat purchases.
  • Collaborate closely with customer support teams to align marketing efforts with customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase brand advocacy through referral programs and VIP customer initiatives.

Product Launch & Development

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring strong brand positioning and maximum impact.
  • Work with product teams to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Develop pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to optimize sales.

Reporting, Analytics & ROI Measurement

  • Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards to track key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor and analyze ROI for all marketing campaigns, ensuring data-driven decision-making and budget optimization.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on marketing KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on marketing data.
  • Work closely with finance teams to align marketing spend with revenue growth objectives.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
