The Quantum Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead critical projects and drive business initiatives forward for our Marketing team. If you are a dynamic, analytical individual that loves a good challenge, thrives on problem solving and is comfortable influencing direction, then we’d love to speak with you. The ideal Marketing Project Manager will have a passion for leading multiple high priority projects and enjoys working collaboratively with various business units as we build out the Marketing project initiatives.
Responsibilities Understand the business goals and develop project plans, managing resources to ensure project schedules are met Initiate, plan, manage and lead complex marketing projects to ensure high priority projects are pushed forward and critical deadlines are met while driving projects to completion Monitor project schedule, timelines, milestones and prioritize tasks to ensure delivery goals Prioritize project management of projects in an efficient and timely way Coordinate with various cross-functional departments to ensure proper understanding of project requirements Act as the lead and provide guidance and direction to the various business units and marketing team members Organize, schedule and coordinate workloads to meet required milestones and business goals Identify issues, analyze and interpret data and develop solutions to issues that arise Work with business lines to understand and develop operational controls to ensure compliance This role will work with the marketing team to assist and drive marketing efforts
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field required PMP certification highly desired 2+ years’ minimum experience required in a progressively complex Project Manager role Experience driving marketing efforts with experience in the field highly desired Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process initiatives Financial services, annuity or insurance experience highly desired (compliance experience a strong plus) Must have a good understanding of project management practices and principles and process and procedures Strong documentation, problem solving and execution skills Must be able to effectively communicate and excel in interpersonal skills
