Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the marketing team by managing budgets, coordinating planning efforts, and optimizing internal operations. You will also play a key role in managing external agencies and contractors, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about process improvement and operational efficiency, we'd love to hear from you.
-Assist with fiscal and quarterly planning and budgeting for marketing organization
-Track and update the marketing budget with actual vs. forecasted expenses
-Monitor expenses for agency and contractor services to ensure alignment with budget
-Coordinate quarterly cross-functional meetings to align teams on marketing plans and updates
-Assist in drafting contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) for new vendors, contractors, and agencies
-Assist with agency reviews, facilitating effective working relationships between our agencies and marketing teams
-Assist in identifying bottlenecks and process improvements for production team
-Maintain and update internal marketing documentation as needed (e.g., process guides, templates)
-Occasional help with web and email QA during crunch times
-Help guide initiatives in a positive and productive manner.
-Partner with marketing colleagues to identify and address critical issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of deliverables.
