Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the marketing team by managing budgets, coordinating planning efforts, and optimizing internal operations. You will also play a key role in managing external agencies and contractors, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Assist with fiscal and quarterly planning and budgeting for marketing organization
Track and update the marketing budget with actual vs. forecasted expenses
Monitor expenses for agency and contractor services to ensure alignment with budget
Coordinate quarterly cross-functional meetings to align teams on marketing plans and updates
Assist in drafting contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) for new vendors, contractors, and agencies
Assist with agency reviews, facilitating effective working relationships between our agencies and marketing teams
Assist in identifying bottlenecks and process improvements for production team
Maintain and update internal marketing documentation as needed (e.g., process guides, templates)
Occasional help with web and email QA during crunch times
Help guide initiatives in a positive and productive manner
Partner with marketing colleagues to identify and address critical issues, and remove barriers impeding the success of deliverables
Minimum Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of marketing operations, budgeting, and vendor management
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support effective cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience managing budgets including SOWs, POs, invoicing, accruals, and monthly or quarterly recaps
Able to establish rapport, collaborate, and problem solve with designers, writers, producer colleagues, and marketing managers
Thrives in a detail-orientated, fast-paced workplace
Able to establish expertise in and facilitate a consistent process, while also practicing flexibility and identifying opportunities for improvement
Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
Ability to handle multiple projects within tight deadlines
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
