The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Technology plays a crucial role in delivering new and enhanced digital capabilities to Nestle Health Science US’ brands, business units, and marketing functions. Specifically focused on enabling market-leading capabilities in marketing analytics and data activation through technology, you will be responsible for: (1) working with various teams and functions to identify key end-to-end processes, capabilities, and solutions that can be transformed through digital technology and processes, and, (2) translating these needs into an actionable roadmap that you deliver through people, process, technology, and data. You will also manage and develop a team of marketing technologists and be responsible for their overall performance and involvement in key initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with business units and functions to identify key end-to-end processes and capabilities that can be established and improved with digital marketing technology. Manage relevant stakeholder relationships to identify opportunities for digital capabilities; gather cross-functional requirements to ensure delivery according to business needs and goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive and strategic roadmaps for your various capabilities and initiatives, including outlining key success indicators and milestones. Manage core set of marketing tools/technologies supporting marketing analytics and data activation, including marketing automation platforms, web analytics platforms, and a consumer data platform. Partner with Digital PMO, digital and functional project and portfolio managers, and global and/or regional teams to structure, manage, and deliver roadmap initiatives. Develop talent by supporting performance management and fostering their technical and strategic growth of direct reports. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our team delivers market-leading digital capabilities. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required. 6 years’ experience in digital product management for either consumer-facing or enterprise products. 4 years’ experience in developing and communicating project plans and business cases. 3 years’ experience managing and developing team members, including those in technical roles. PREFERRED SKILLS: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Agile certifications, such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location.
