This is a key role that will help us align all our marketing efforts to reach our business goals together, like driving lead generation, boosting our brand, and growing our market share. This role will take place in-office at our headquarters in Renton, WA with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule that focuses on a healthy work-life balance. What you'll be doing in this role:

Leadership and Team Development:

Oversee and provide strategic direction for the Traditional, Digital, and Creative Marketing departments. Mentor and support department managers, fostering professional growth and high performance. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative culture that drives excellence.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that integrates traditional, digital, and creative efforts. Align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless execution. Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions to refine strategies and set priorities.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Establish and monitor KPIs across all marketing functions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Leverage data insights to optimize campaigns and resource allocation. Report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations. Continually assess the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing investments.

Budget and Resource Management:

Manage the overall marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI. Allocate resources effectively across departments to maximize impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Operations, and other key departments to align marketing strategies with company priorities. Collaborate on strategies to drive a successful demo rate.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Drive creative and innovative approaches to enhance customer engagement and brand differentiation.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

7+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated success in leading Traditional, Digital, and Creative marketing initiatives. Experience managing large budgets and aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals. Skills:

Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Expertise in traditional and digital marketing practices, as well as creative campaign development. Advanced proficiency in analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
