Key Responsibilities: Document Creation: Develop, write, and edit engineering design specifications, procedures, and guidance documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. Content Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive document management system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy in all documentation. Review and Editing: Review and edit existing documents to improve clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy. Standards Compliance: Ensure all documents comply with company and industry standards, including safety and regulatory requirements. Training Materials: Develop training materials and user manuals to support the implementation of engineering procedures and specifications. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of technical writing.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the petrochemical or related industry. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering concepts and terminology. Software Proficiency:o Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Adobe AcrobatSharePointMicrosoft Visio for charts and process flow diagramsWriting Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to documentation and content management.
