Job Description
3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Overall experience of 10 years.
Deep knowledge of digital and voice campaign strategy implementation including compliance rules and effective contact channel usage
KPI metrics and analytics of campaign effectiveness
3-5 years' experience in a functional lead role implementing campaigns for customer service and/or collections related business processes
Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
Experience with Mobile Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a must.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
