Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of two premier apartment communities. We are in search of one or two dedicated Apartment Community Managers to oversee the Meadow Brook Villas in Newberg, located between ADEC and DCI Near the Safeway at Pacific. We are looking for a Community Manager who will embody our brand, mission, and commitment, becoming a cornerstone in creating vibrant and thriving communities.

Essential Functions:

Overview:

Lead the daily operations of a 125-apartment community, inspire a motivated team, and amplify both the financial and aesthetic value of the properties. Your commitment to stellar customer service and forging successful communities is paramount.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, aiming for optimal occupancy and minimal delinquencies.

Team Leadership: Guide, train, and mentor your team. Conduct biannual and annual performance reviews.

Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication with supervisors, company leadership, residents, prospective residents, and third-party vendors.

Customer Service: Offer rapid, professional solutions to resident concerns or inquiries.

Legal & Compliance: Stay updated on local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations, and confidently explain all pertinent rental contracts.

Marketing & Retention: Strategize and implement robust marketing plans, ensuring up-to-date and competitive marketing materials.

Administrative Expertise: Utilize property management software (like AppFolio and Dropbox) for accurate and organized record-keeping.

Property Management: Uphold safety and aesthetic standards through regular property inspections.

Risk Management: Oversee property safety standards, ensuring the wellbeing of both residents and the community.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2-5 years in property management.

Certification: NAA CAM certification is a considerable advantage.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities, along with proficiency in property management software.

Character: Team-focused, solution-driven, with a dedication to outstanding customer service.

Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
