Job Description Reporting into the AMER Partner Marketing leader, the Partner Marketing Activation and Success Manager will help support our AMER Partner Marketing Team with partner program campaigns, specific ecosystems including System Integrators and territories including America, Canada and LATAM. Additionally, they will help with lead success on all programs with our Regional Marketing, Partner First Activation Managers and SDR teams.
About the Role This person will be responsible for creating, executing, and supporting partners, field/territory and lead strategies that align to corporate and marketing goals. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role working across business areas and regions to develop experiences that drive business impact. The candidate will be a results-oriented marketer that gets things done. The role will require proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with partners, internal teams, external vendors, and demonstrate effective pre to post events and programs expertise from concept to completion. Expertise in audience acquisition is a plus. This is a highly visible role with exposure to leadership across the company and our customer portfolio.
Responsibilities • Support AMER Partner Marketing Team • Evangelize and support partner program campaigns and utilization • Support specific ecosystems including System Integrators and • Support territories including America, Canada and LATAM. • Head up lead success on all programs with our Regional Marketing, Partner First Managers and SDR teams. • Coordinate and own end to end partner marketing strategies, facilitates lead funneling, collect post-event/ campaign feedback, and develop post event/ campaign reports and analysis • Effectively work cross-functionally - you will help define, project manage, and execute on program goals, messaging, tactics, audience generation/email campaigns, speaker plan, onsite meetings, collateral, post-program leads processing & follow-up, and other logistics • Manage the execution and logistics of partner and regional activities to achieve business objectives, including agency vendor management of exhibit production elements and activations • Work closely with our agency partners & service providers on design, layout, construction of exhibits and displays, and budget • Maintain accuracy and accountability of event budget, consult/align with portfolio budget owner accurate budget numbers, create event execution and work back plans, evaluate results against goals, deliver wrap-up reports, and generate learnings for improvement. • Will require candidate to attend in-person onboarding in SF office • Master of multitasking, prioritization, and timelines and has a proven track record of complex event programs with varied stakeholders, multiple product lines, and representing various cross teams within the organization. • Executive facing presence. • Thrives in rapid growth, fast paced environment and adapts well to change. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Project management including marketing plans, budgets, campaigns in a box, vendor sourcing and management, project plan, promotion and registration, content development, on-site management. • Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills • High level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic • Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team • Able to travel up to 25% of the time, with potential international travel • Experience running programs at SaaS companies is a plus • 5+ years in partner marketing, SDR, lead success and management. Experience marketing to an IT audience preferred.
