Who is the Content Loader?
Our team is migrating a suite of websites for a client and is seeking skilled Content Loaders to assist in transferring, organizing, and formatting content on our new CMS platform. This role requires familiarity with Sitefinity and the ability to perform basic page-building tasks using templates.
In This Role, You Can Expect To:
- Upload and format various types of content (e.g., text, images, files, videos, FAQs, blogs, and contact information) into the CMS, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Build and structure web pages using predefined templates in Sitefinity, applying proper layouts and formatting.
- Monitor and resolve content-related QA issues via BugHerd, providing timely updates and marking tasks as complete.
- Implement feedback from quality control processes to update or revise content as needed.
- Verify that all content meets accuracy, formatting, and quality standards before publishing.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth delivery of assignments.
Part-time or full-time work arrangements are available. This is a temporary, project-based role, and all necessary training/documentation will be provided by our team.
What do You Need?
- Experience with Sitefinity CMS (required) or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of web page layout and design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, resolve formatting challenges, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with QA tools and processes (BugHerd experience is a plus).
- Effective communication skills and the ability to provide updates on task status.
- Access to a computer and home office setup designed to maximize efficiency (dual monitors are strongly encouraged) and a reliable internet connection.
23 - 28 USD per hour (Remote)
