Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualization and Planning:
- Study relevant information and materials to plan design concepts.
- Develop rough layouts of art and copy considering arrangement, size, type size, and related aesthetic concepts.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise, manage, and advise stakeholders on design requirements, budget, style, format, print production, and timescales.
- Communicate effectively to understand and incorporate stakeholder feedback into the design process.
Design Development:
- Prepare rough drafts based on agreed-upon briefs.
- Utilize software and/or manual techniques to create illustrations, logos, and other designs.
- Apply appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Collaboration and Finalization:
- Test graphics across various media to ensure optimal visual representation.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if needed.
Project Coordination:
- Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established timelines and meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing results within set timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and unified visual identity.
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the teams to understand campaign goals and messaging.
- Translate marketing concepts into visually appealing and engaging graphics.
- Create various types of visual content, including infographics, illustrations, and banners.
Photography and Video Making:
- Plan and execute photoshoots to capture high-quality images for marketing materials.
- Create videos that align with marketing campaigns, using animations, motion graphics, and live footage.
Editing:
- Edit and enhance photos to ensure they meet quality and branding standards.
- Edit videos, including cutting, splicing, adding effects, and optimizing for various platforms.
- Review and incorporate feedback from the stakeholders to refine designs.
Designing:
- Design visually appealing graphics for various channels, such as social media, websites, and print materials.
- Develop layouts for advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity in all design elements.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure that all design work reflects the company's branding guidelines.
- Work closely with the marketing manager to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
- Incorporate brand colors, fonts, and visual elements into designs.
Qualification:
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficient in graphic design software and tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, After Effects, Premier Pro, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the latest design trends and technologies.
