Job Description: The SEO Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve the website's visibility and ranking on search engines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, as well as content strategy and social media marketing, including LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical SEO:
- Website Audits: Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical issues and areas for improvement.
- Site Architecture: Optimize website structure, URL architecture, and internal linking for better crawlability and indexability.
- Speed Optimization: Improve site load times and overall performance by optimizing images, code, and server response times.
- Schema Markup: Implement structured data and schema markup to enhance search engine understanding and improve SERP features.
- Mobile Optimization: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and adheres to best practices for mobile SEO.
On-Page SEO:
- Keyword Research: Perform extensive keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases to target.
- Content Optimization: Optimize existing content, including meta tags, headers, and body content, for targeted keywords.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
- User Experience: Ensure the website provides a positive user experience by improving navigation, readability, and engagement metrics.
Off-Page SEO:
- Link Building: Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Outreach: Conduct outreach campaigns to promote content and build relationships with industry influencers and bloggers.

- Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and participate in relevant discussions to build a strong online community.
- Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach targeted audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
SEM (Search Engine Marketing):
- PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Keyword Strategy: Develop and refine keyword strategies to maximize ROI on ad spend.
- Ad Copy: Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving traffic.
- Skills: Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and social media marketing.
- Tools: Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification: SEO and SEM certifications are a plus.
