Amazon is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Producer to join our fast-paced VIS studio. Successful candidates will be self-starters, strong communicators, very detail-oriented, and highly creative. They should have a solid visual culture background and understanding of video, CGI, XR, AI, and content trends.
The role will require identifying new opportunities and driving projects independently in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities:
- Manage all operational aspects of projects from inception to completion, including creating schedules, determining resources, estimating timelines, tracking costs, and ensuring project completion.
- Act as the project lead to remove obstacles and avoid production roadblocks.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external teams while managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
- Facilitate project-related meetings (kickoffs, status updates, internal reviews, etc.) to align all stakeholders on action steps.
- Deep dive into project requirements, even when they are ambiguous, and work to continuously optimize processes and workflows.
- Work closely with the cross-functional department to verify that produced assets comply with legal and contractual requirements.
- Provide regular feedback to creative teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines.
- Possess experience in managing and delivering large volumes of visual assets to external partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
・Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Production Producer, Project Manager, or in a similar role within a production company, design studio, or internal creative operations team.
・Extensive experience with all forms of digital marketing, including mobile, web, and social media.
・Self-motivated, flexible, highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to effectively multitask in order to meet tight deadlines.
・Skilled at collaborating across teams and synthesizing feedback and input from the Business Team.
・Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
・Understanding of creative best practices and digital creative development processes.
・Language proficiency: Fluent Japanese and business level English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
・Proficient in design tools and Digital Asset Management platforms (e.g., Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
・Experience producing localized video content, as well as motion design and streamlining video post-production workflows for high-volume output.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships.
・Experience managing asset workflows, creative processes, and collaborating with creative teams.
・Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
