A leading entertainment marketing agency is seeking a highly skilled professional to drive creative strategy and content development for influencer marketing campaigns. This role is based in Los Angeles and focuses on crafting engaging, high-impact campaigns for top-tier clients across film, television, gaming, and lifestyle brands.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Los Angeles, with occasional on-location content shoots. If you're passionate about storytelling, social media, and influencer marketing, this is an exciting opportunity to shape high-impact campaigns for some of the biggest names in entertainment.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative development process from concept to execution, ensuring brand alignment and engagement.
  • Manage a small team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee campaign proposals, develop compelling pitch decks, and craft content strategies tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Work closely with influencers to shape content outlines, ensuring adherence to brand voice and messaging.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, talent, and operations, to streamline workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ensuring key objectives and KPIs are met while implementing creative best practices.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide hands-on support during content shoots and post-production processes as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, or social media content development.
  • Strong background in entertainment, gaming, or digital media industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and pitch creative concepts across multiple verticals.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and their respective best practices.
  • Experience in talent collaboration, content production, or live event coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and content management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of video and graphic editing tools is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
