Employment Type: Temporary Estimated Duration (In months): 2 Min Hourly Rate ($): 30.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 34.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Fabric development, Fashion industry, MS Excel, PLM, Product Development Nice To Have Skills/Attributes: Centric PLM Job Description Only qualified Product Development Coordinator candidates located near the Manhattan, NY area to be considered due to the position requiring a Hybrid presence Skills & Abilities: - Must have experience with Product Development and/or raw materials. - Prior product development and/or fabric knowledge required. - Must be detail oriented, organized, positive attitude, outgoing, with good communication skills. - Must have Excel experience Desired Skills: - Centric PLM experience Responsibilities: Individual contributor position responsible for managing the sampling process end to end – from prepositioning sample yardage to delivering accurate and timely product samples for key milestone meetings. - This person will be responsible for tracking and reporting sample yardage and garment sample readiness, working with cross-functional partners i.e. Design, Product Development, Raw Materials to problem-solve and/or propose solves to improve ready dates. - This role requires constant follow-up and communication with vendors and suppliers, gathering information to bring back to internal partners. - This person must be familiar with PLM – experience with Centric PLM is a plus. - Product Development and/or raw material experience. - Applicants should be detail-oriented, independent and comfortable working and communicating with associates of all levels.
