Remote role; U.S.-based candidates only. Headquarters located in Irvine, CA, and Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

Design Development & Execution:
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations.
  • Support the design team in producing website layouts, brochures, and other print and digital collateral.
  • Prepare and finalize files for print and digital publication.

Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.
  • Respond to feedback and revise designs to meet project requirements.

Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with client brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard.
  • Assist in organizing and managing a library of brand assets, templates, and design files.

Innovation & Trend Awareness:
  • Stay informed on current design trends and best practices.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
  • Understanding of basic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics or web design is a plus.
