Legal Project Manager One of The Sage Group’s top clients is seeking a Legal Project Manager, with 2-4 years relevant experience supporting large company legal obligations. Client is a market leading technology company that specializes in consumer electronics, software, and online services. Description: Imagine what you could do here. Client is seeking a project manager to support client’s Compliance group. The Legal Project Manager (LPM) will work closely with group attorneys and be responsible for managing a variety of tasks that are critical to achieving a wide range of client business initiatives and supporting the company’s compliance obligations and programs. Focused on the following areas:
Compliance with settlement agreements and consent degrees that place ongoing obligations and reporting on client. PM will act as a liaison between group attorneys and client business and legal groups, and establish and maintain information systems and processes to aid in the response and organization of ongoing compliance obligations in this area. This will include tracking obligations and status and ensuring agreements and deadlines are met. Compliance with emerging laws, manage numerous questionnaires and risk assessments. Assist with Political Law projects as needed. Other short or long-term projects as needed across the team. Key Qualifications:
2-4 years of project management experience with a large company legal department. Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experienced with productivity apps, Keynote a plus. Data fluency using multiple tools for data analysis and documentation. Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing. Location: Cupertino, CA, hybrid onsite 3 days a week. Tue-Thur Duration: 12 months, plus potential extension. Compensation: $45-56/hr DOE. 4 days a week only, 32 hours, Monday-Thursday.
