This position pays:
$75.00 - $79.00 per hour
Location:
Remote PST/MST
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8 hours per day - 7 month contract
What you will be doing:
Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams (partnerships, product management, sales, events, engineering) to align marketing efforts with partner roadmaps and business goals. Develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates the value of strategic partner sales plays and integrations, ensuring consistency across all channels (ads, web, events, AR, etc.) and throughout the Atlassian portfolio. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with and through partners, identifying market opportunities, defining target segments, and creating tailored marketing initiatives. Monitor the market, competitors, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Develop and maintain relationships with customer marketing and community influencers to create compelling customer stories and testimonials. Manage partner marketing programs and ensure effective execution. What you bring:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in product partner marketing, with a strong focus on cloud products and technical audiences. Strong understanding of the partner marketing function, effective methodologies, and software development processes and tools. Exceptional partner management skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record of creating joint partner/co-branded content that drives engagement and adoption. Experience with competitive analysis and market research in the project management space. Cross-functional aptitude with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Product.
