You are
a strategic and highly organized Multi-Channel Marketing Program Manager to lead complex, integrated campaigns within our Performance Marketing team. This contractor role is ideal for a seasoned program or project manager with a consulting or SaaS background. You’ll manage cross-functional initiatives that drive visibility, increase operational efficiency, and align teams toward shared business goals.
This position pays :
$85 to $88 per hour
What you will be doing:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and more Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment Drive visibility and accountability by streamlining team communication and optimizing internal workflows using Atlassian tools Support adoption of a new org structure, identifying process gaps and leading change management efforts Define KPIs, track performance, and present campaign results and progress to stakeholders Identify and resolve roadblocks, optimize resource allocation, and ensure timely project delivery What you bring:
8–10 years of program or project management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketing, or consulting Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and internal collaboration tools Highly organized with strong multitasking, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience as a Chief of Staff, or at a top consulting firm working with SaaS clients is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; PMP or PMI certification preferred Proven success driving cross-functional programs, team alignment, and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment To learn more about the workplace culture and the position, please apply!
