Executive Assistant to CEO - Creative Firm Our client, a Bay-Area based creative firm, seeks an expert Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This role will support the CEO by managing their business priorities with efficiency & polish. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to the area’s most exclusive designers and clients. The ideal candidate enjoys keeping multiple things moving at once and creating order from chaos.

THE NITTY GRITTY: Oversee calendar management, schedule calls & meetings, and confirm appointments Monitor inbox, draft email correspondence, and respond on behalf of CEO Act as an all-around gatekeeper, strategically manage the CEO’s time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives Work collaboratively with CEO's personal assistant Proactively coordinate with team members and clients in regards to meetings, tasks, and deadlines Book business travel and create detailed itineraries Submit expense reports on time and in line with company policy Create and edit reports, presentations, and meeting materials for internal and external audiences with stellar attention to detail Work cross-functionally to maintain firm's calendar with upcoming events, presentations, installations, and holidays. Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed THE ESSENTIALS: 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting a founder and/or C-level executive Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Understanding of priorities and timely responsiveness with flexibility to work outside of regular business hours A “whatever it takes” mentality to make the CEO & firm successful Excellent writing skills with a knack for easily creating engaging client correspondences Superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through Passion for managing many moving pieces in a fast-paced environment. Patience, proactivity, and a positive attitude Exceptional emotional intelligence and strong communication skills (both verbal and written) COMPENSATION:
