Design and Sales Consultant
at their

location. Pay for Design and Sales Consultant is between $25.96 and $48.08 per hour at this location. Are you outgoing, knowledgeable, and service-oriented? Do you enjoy staying up to date with the latest kitchen and bath design trends? If so, we’d like you to join our Showroom team. About the Role: You will: Provide expert product selection assistance and design services to our showroom customers. Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed established sales and gross profit goals. Provide hospitality and warmly welcome each customer. Sell and provide in-store and/or in-home design consultations for kitchen and bathrooms. Articulate your showroom value proposition to engage customers. Determine customer needs and keep the sale moving forward. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Develop and maintain knowledge of product lines and features. Leverage Hajoca technology to guide product selections. Use sales reports and forecasting tools to meet or exceed sales targets. Follow-up on leads and generate new business. Enter sales orders and bids, expedite purchases, and stay engaged with customers. Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork. Keep showroom clean, neat, and stocked. Join industry associations and attend professional events. Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs. Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned. Weekends required. About You: 2+ years of experience in plumbing design and sales. Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred. Experience working with luxury, high-end products and customers. Our ideal candidate will also: Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends. Have experience with architectural blueprints. Effectively use Microsoft Office software. Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills. Demonstrate deep product knowledge related to kitchen/bath trends. Be able to overcome objections and close sales. Build influential relationships with key vendor partners. Build positive working relationships with co-workers. Plan, organize, and multi-task. Learn and operate the computer systems used to process orders. Read, write, speak and understand English. Perform basic math operations.
