Are you a creative and driven individual eager to gain hands-on experience in the marketing world? We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and help bring innovative ideas to life! This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work on real-world projects, and collaborate with a passionate team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in the marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, public relations, direct mail, and website updates)
  • Attend regularly scheduled marketing team meetings
  • Attend bi-weekly Public Relations meetings. Review press releases and provide any facts or images needed
  • Review weekly social media Facebook posts and provide feedback to Digital Strategist team member
  • Assist in gathering photo and video content for social media and email efforts
  • Help distribute marketing materials and organize marketing events

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Strong desire to learn, along with a professional drive
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
  • Current enrollment in a related BS or Master's degree

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear.
  • Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion
  • The employee frequently uses a computer keyboard, regularly travels (as a vehicle driver and as a passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at construction worksites
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employee views computer monitors frequently
  • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
