PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
The Marketing Generalist is responsible for supporting and executing various marketing initiatives, including content creation, campaign execution, social media management, website content updates, and digital and print advertising. This role collaborates with internal teams to manage brand messaging, maintain marketing assets, and develop visually compelling materials. The Marketing Generalist ensures all marketing activities align with brand guidelines, compliance regulations, and strategic business objectives.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
Marketing Support & Campaign Execution
- Assists in the execution of corporate and local marketing campaigns;
- Manages the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials;
- Coordinates with internal teams to facilitate marketing requests and fulfill project needs; and,
- Tracks marketing activities and provides performance reports.
- Develops and edits marketing content, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and web pages;
- Creates and updates website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment;
- Ensures brand consistency across all materials and communications; and,
- Assists in the management of marketing collateral and digital assets.
- Creates and schedules social media content across platforms;
- Monitors engagement responds to comments, and tracks performance metrics; and,
- Updates and maintains digital channels, including public web listings.
- Designs marketing materials, including digital and print assets, social media graphics, and advertisements;
- Creates visually engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals;
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
- Manages website content updates, including imagery, copy, and new page development;
- Collaborates with vendors to coordinate print and digital advertising; and,
- Supports marketing and advertising efforts across all marketing channels
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office;
- Experience in website content management, including updates, SEO best practices, and UX considerations;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines;
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media management;
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively;
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing Adobe Creative Suite skills;
- Experience in website content creation and digital marketing; and,
- Familiarity with financial services marketing (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, communications, or related field (preferred); and,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or content development.
