As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand presence, engage with our loyal customers, and attract new guests. Job Summary:The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and boost sales for both the restaurant and the gift shop. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across digital and traditional marketing channels.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management - Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to promote our menu, events, and gift shop offerings.Content Creation - Develop compelling graphics, photos, and videos to showcase our food, products, and guest experiences.Website & SEO - Maintain and update the restaurant's website, ensuring menus, promotions, and events are current. Optimize search engines (SEO) to improve online visibility.Email & SMS Marketing - Design and execute email newsletters and text message campaigns to inform customers about specials, promotions, and events.Advertising & Promotions - Plan and execute digital and traditional ad campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, and local print adsEvent Promotion - Help plan and market in-house events, holiday specials, live entertainment, and seasonal promotions.Loyalty & Customer Engagement - Assist with loyalty programs and customer review management, responding to feedback to enhance guest experience.Analytics & Reporting - Track and analyze marketing performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.Requirements2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or food industry.Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and engagement strategies.Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing software is a plus.Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and website management (WordPress, Squarespace).Understanding of digital advertising, SEO, and Google Analytics.Excellent writing and storytelling skills to create engaging content.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences!
