About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven marketing professional with a strong background in
digital advertising, social media, and loyalty marketing
to oversee marketing strategies for our
15+ locations . The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and has experience working within multi-location hospitality or restaurant brands.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Customer Acquisition
Develop and manage
digital ad campaigns
across
Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, geofencing, and lookalike audiences
to drive guest traffic and engagement.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget management.
Track, analyze, and report on digital ad performance to ensure strong ROI.
Loyalty & Email Marketing
Oversee
loyalty program strategy
(preferred experience with
Punchh Loyalty ) to drive guest retention and repeat visits.
Develop and execute
email marketing campaigns
focused on promotions, brand storytelling, and engagement.
Monitor campaign analytics and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Social Media & Brand Management
Oversee and
audit social media content
for 15+ restaurant locations to ensure brand consistency and best practices.
Train and support on-site teams in creating engaging social content, responding to reviews, and maintaining brand voice.
Provide
monthly social media audits and trainings and recommendations
to improve engagement and visibility.
Website & Digital Presence
Manage website updates and maintenance (preferred experience with
PopMenu ).
Ensure accurate and up-to-date location pages, menus, and event promotions across all platforms.
Optimize website for SEO and user experience to improve online visibility and guest conversions.
Special Events & Promotions
Develop and execute marketing strategies for
special events and promotions , ensuring maximum reach and attendance.
Collaborate with internal teams and local partners to drive awareness through digital and traditional marketing tactics.
Track event performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5+ years of experience
in marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, loyalty, and multi-location branding (restaurant/hospitality industry preferred).
Proven expertise in
Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, geofencing, and audience targeting strategies .
Experience with
loyalty platforms (Punchh preferred), email marketing, and CRM tools.
Strong understanding of
social media trends, platform algorithms, and content marketing strategies .
Experience overseeing
multi-location social media presence , providing training and best practices.
Knowledge of
website management (PopMenu preferred), SEO, and online reputation management .
Data-driven mindset with the ability to
analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly .
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
