Paid Advertising & Digital Marketing
Develop, manage, and optimize
Facebook/Meta Ads
campaigns to drive revenue and brand growth. Execute and scale paid media campaigns across
Meta
(Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and performance. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to maximize ROI. Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPA, and other key performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to improve campaign efficiency. Create and implement high-converting ad copy, visuals, and audience strategies. Retarget and nurture leads through strategic ad placements and segmentation. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize profitability. Support email marketing initiatives in collaboration with the team, ensuring alignment with paid media strategies. Work closely with the CMO to develop and execute paid media strategies that align with overall business goals. Social Media & Brand Growth
Oversee social
media advertising strategies
across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Manage influencer partnerships
and UGC strategies to enhance brand credibility and engagement. Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing video ads, carousel ads, and static creatives. Monitor and engage with audiences through social media channels to improve community interaction. Qualifications & Skills
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads. Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns and optimize ad spend for ROAS and conversion growth. Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other paid media platforms. High proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Analysis) for campaign reporting and optimization. Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo (for email marketing integration), and other marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills to measure and improve ad performance. Experience with influencer marketing and
UGC ad strategies
