With a clear focus on lead generation, the Marketing Manager develops marketing plans and campaigns, including copy, messaging, and marketing communications materials. As a key member of the marketing organization, working closely with Sales and Product Marketing stakeholders, the Marketing Manager plays a strategic role on the design, orchestration and delivery of the lead generation programs, as well as measuring and reporting results and success metrics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the implementation of go-to-market plans necessary to meet the Sales revenue goals.
- Develop, execute and manage comprehensive marketing plans for integrated multi-touch marketing campaigns, including webinars, tradeshows, seminars, emails, landing pages, content syndication, advertising, social media, collateral and blog posts, SDR follow up, in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner and Product teams.
- Support Sales by generating new, high-quality leads and promoting the Trintech brand and products across our vertical markets.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and optimization of lead nurturing and ABM programs while measuring performance, conversions and pipeline contribution
- Partner with Product Marketing, Subject Matter Experts, Partners and Sales Teams to develop and produce all campaign-related materials, such as industry briefs, eBooks, whitepapers, customer stories, web content, social media, use cases, and more as needed.
- Establish clear project timelines and ensure materials are completed and campaigns are executed as scheduled, avoiding any delays that would negatively impact on the sales pipeline.
- Deeply understand Trintech’s products to ensure all campaign materials have strong customer-centric messaging, compelling narratives and effectively communicate the business value and benefits of our solutions.
- Help drive and coordinate where needed the creation of customer case studies, press releases, events and communications.
- Coordinate demand generation marketing campaigns with Sales to guarantee proper and swift follow-through and eliminate the risks of losing potential opportunities. Brief Sales teams prior to campaigns launches, to ensure alignment and optimization of results
- Monitor campaign impact on lead quality, opportunity conversions and pipeline velocity by actively tracking the results of the deployed activities and identifying improvements to implement.
- Responsible for managing budget plan, forecasting and ROI reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology. Master’s degree a plus
- 3-5+ years previous experience in marketing B2B technology products/solutions
- 3+ years’ recent experience working in B2B Marketing for a large global technology company is a plus
- Previous experience in B2B customer facing roles such as Sales or Presales is a plus
- Established track record of managing the development and execution of B2B multi-touch marketing campaigns for product launches and/or lead generation
- Demonstrated experience and excellence in delivering customer centric messaging, materials, and communications
- MarTech:
- Strong experience with Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo Preferred)
- Good familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience with ABM platform (6sense Preferred)
- Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer focus and business acumen; has a passion for business value
- Hands-on, can-do attitude. Self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems
- Strong project management skills, ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects
- Strong cross-functional collaborator and ability to build close relationships with sales stakeholders
