The Team: The Credit Card Digital Marketing team is looking for someone to support the strategy, development, and delivery of portfolio stimulation marketing to existing credit card clients. This role will be responsible for driving the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns for existing cardholders across E-mail and Bank of America owned digital channels. The ideal candidate would also be experienced with digital marketing platforms and targeting capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Portfolio Stimulation digital marketing programs for our card clients by partnering with internal partners as well as external creative agencies to bring efforts to market. Drive creative development through all parts of the campaign lifecycle, working with marketing, creative teams, legal, brand, and product partners. Use your knowledge of the business and digital, as well as creative thinking, to find ways to improve performance. Analyze performance data to find drivers of change, and use that to inform and influence strategic decisions. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience managing and executing marketing and/or digital initiatives. Experience with digital projects or targeted digital marketing campaigns (E-mail, Online, Mobile, etc.) including target selection, design, tactical implementation, and back-end tracking. Ability to analyze performance data and use the results to inform marketing strategy and tactics. Experience working with creative agencies and/or vendor partners. Self-motivated and ability to simultaneously manage multiple programs in a fast-paced, matrix organization. Proficient in MS Office Product Suite (Word, Excel, PPT). Desired Qualifications: Financial services experience. Knowledge of consumer credit card industry. Minimum Education Requirement:

40 Pay Transparency details: Pay range $116,000.00 - $170,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
