Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below. The role will support maturation of Data, Digital and Global Marketing program capabilities, regulatory inquiries, internal audits, and oversight of business control activity. Responsibilities include coordinating testing materials, logistics, and preparation for upcoming audits and exams. Work with Front Line Unit and key support partners in gathering and reviewing requested materials to ensure completeness. Act as the initial point of escalation for any process challenges and/or Audit Observations. Consult team members when significant audit observations require higher-level support. Monitor and track audit and exam progress to ensure deadlines are met, materials are responsive, and all logistical needs are addressed. Communication topics will include engagement preparation, information and data collection, escalation of user status and results. Discussions may involve Testing, Audit and Exam, and Senior and Executive Leadership. Build and maintain relationships with DDGM teammates as well as with the Assessor Organization (Audit). Required Qualifications: Proven Risk Leader with exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities; knowledge of risk management/risk framework; ability to identify, escalate, and debate risk. Ability to synthesize the complex into meaningful messaging to drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently. Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning stakeholders, building consensus, and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities in a global and fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, influencing the opinions and actions of key stakeholders and gaining their trust. Detail-oriented with an ability to review documentation for accuracy and report on the status of risk reviews. Minimum Education Requirement:

40 Pay Transparency details: Pay range $99,800.00 - $156,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
