Bank of America is seeking a Digital Channel Consultant for our award-winning digital banking with 31 million mobile users. The Digital Channel Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering campaigns in CMS to align with a set of requirements, measuring and reporting on campaign performance, providing operational support of highly visible onsite and mobile marketing campaigns, via our workflow management tool, as well as providing leadership performance updates by channel, highlighting insights and key learnings with business partners and across our Digital Marketing team. The candidate will support various lines of business, monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns on BankofAmerica.com, within online banking and the mobile app. The candidate should be proficient in HTML and CSS and possess organizational, project management, relationship management, and QA skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web standards and the ability to translate design concepts into clean, efficient code. Required Qualifications: 5+ Years of professional development experience in HTML and CSS Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics Strong project management skills Demonstrated success in executing complex, detailed tasks quickly and accurately Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely Proactive, self-starter who shows initiative and ability to drive results Process and systems knowledge used for marketing asset execution Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required Develop presentation materials Excellent time-management skills Must be detail-oriented Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with the Helix library for front-end development CSS Animation and Transitions for interactive UI elements Experience working with a CMS platform Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions for debugging, troubleshooting targeting, tracking and page tags. Understanding of basic UI/UX principles Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Photoshop knowledge and experience preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Experience in Workflow Management Tool (JIRA or other) Experience with mobile marketing Experience in the financial industry eCommerce, digital, onsite, interactive media background QA testing and validation experience Content management system experience Optimization within eCommerce or digital marketing Minimum Education Requirement:

40 Pay Transparency details: US - NY - New York - 114 W 47TH ST (NY8114) Pay and benefits information Pay range $92,000.00 - $119,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
