This role requires a broad understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and client communication. In your first six months, you’ll immerse yourself in our tools, processes, and client accounts. After this period, there’s an opportunity to take on account ownership and further expand your expertise. What You’ll Do: Implement marketing strategies set by the team to drive results for our clients Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing Analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, traffic, engagement) and provide data-driven insights Assist in content creation, including social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns Update and maintain client websites, ensuring seamless user experience and SEO best practices Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas Manage low to medium-complexity client projects while ensuring timely execution What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for client success Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously A creative mindset with a knack for compelling copy and engaging content Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM platforms (like HubSpot), and paid ad platforms is a plus A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a drive to continuously learn and improve At Epic Owl, we thrive on creativity, strategy, and results.
