Overview:Develops and implements social media marketing and communication strategies to support the diverse business objectives of The Kids Mental Health Foundation, leveraging insights to coordinate and optimize campaigns and to provide counsel to the overall team.Job Description Summary:Develops and implements social media marketing and communication strategies to support the diverse business objectives of assigned department, leveraging insights to coordinate and optimize campaigns and to provide counsel to the overall team.Job Description:Essential Functions:Develops and implements comprehensive social media strategies to increase visibility and engagement in support of strategic business objectives.Creates, updates, and manages content across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and audiences.Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to coordinate social media efforts and ensure cohesive messaging.Monitors social media accounts and serves as a brand advocate, engaging with the audience, responding to comments, and managing interactions to enhance the organization's reputation and reach.Provides training and guidance on social media compliance and best practices to staff and other stakeholders.Utilizes social media tools and analytics to measure content performance, report on engagement, and develop insights to inform future strategies.Stays up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and communication strategies.Education Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required.
