In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both the pre-sale and post-sale aspects of client campaigns. This includes contributing to sales pitches and proposals, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of advertising campaigns, collaborating closely with internal teams (Ad Operations, Sales Enablement, and Analytics), ensuring the smooth flow of campaign management and reporting (including CRM data entry, invoicing support), as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the campaign lifecycle to drive satisfaction and renewals.

Role Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Support:

  • Assist in the development of compelling sales pitches, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather audience insights, inventory availability, and pricing recommendations.
  • Help prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings as needed.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between sales, ad operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign setup and launch.
  • Monitor live campaigns, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Coordinate with sales and ad operations to ensure campaign pacing and performance align with client KPIs.

Post-Sale & Reporting:

  • Provide ongoing campaign performance insights, working with analytics teams to deliver actionable reporting.
  • Summarize campaign learnings and optimizations to support renewal discussions and future media planning.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign details, performance benchmarks, and client feedback.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales support, or campaign management (Commerce Media, Retail Media, or Programmatic experience preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising channels, including display, programmatic, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools, ad-serving platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and analytics teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary

The annual gross base salary range is $70,000.00 - 95,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
